Being on federal supervised release, can stop you from moving forward to the next step in your life. While the roadblocks may not be huge, being on federal supervised release can stop you from being able to travel, obtain a passport, start a new business, and the list goes on.
As long as you have completed at least one year of supervised release, you are eligible for early release from supervised release. Early release is freedom.
Completion of the conditions of your supervised release, such as classes, or payment of fines, is essential. Compliance with your conditions, such as no positive drug test is also required. No matter why you want to be released, give us a call to start the relatively quick process.
