The Estate of N.H.
N.H. was driving home after starting a new job. N.H. had moved to a new state for a fresh start. This new job, was the beginning of his new life. While driving home, N.H. encountered construction on the highway. The construction crew, created an unsafe lane merger, which did not give drivers adequate time to merge into non-construction lanes.
The Estate of J.M., a child
J.M. was swimming at the home of relatives, with his cousins. The pool was murky and the bottom of the pool was not visible. J.M. and his cousins were left alone in the pool with no supervision and no safety equipment. J.M. lost his life in the pool.
